Don’t you hate it when cheap substitutes are used? Well, that won’t be the case for the new 007 game, Quantum Of Solace. Activision has just announced that they’ve obtained the major cast of the upcoming James Bond film to reprise their roles for the videogame version of the flick. That means Daniel Craig will be the voice of 007 and Judi Dench will be his boss, M. In fact, since the game takes place over Quantum of Solace and Casino Royale, they’ve even got Eva Green as Vesper Lynd and Mads Mikkelsen as Le Chiffre. Quantum of Solace, the game and the movie, will be out this November, and I can hardly wait for either. Quantum Of Solace | Toggle Comments (0) |

Temco’s president, Yoshimi Yasuda, is stepping down. Yasuda-san’s resignation comes on the heels of a lawsuit filed by former Tecmo legend Tomonobu Itagaki, the creator of the Dead Or Alive series and the more recent Ninja Gaiden titles. Itagaki-san left Tecmo after he was allegedly denied bonuses agreed upon by the former president and board of directors. Additionally, a lawsuit has also been filed by former employees for unpaid overtime. Tecmo’s produced a lot of really great games, so I hope they can turn things around. Temco | Toggle Comments (1) |

Deus Ex Machina
Deus Ex Machina is an exoskeleton motorcycle that basically straps onto your back. Anyone remember Kinetica? I didn’t think so, but this is like the real life version of the game. An onboard computer interprets body movements, translating them into directional commands. Unfortunately, the bike only exists as deceptively realistic computer illustrations, but the machine’s creator says that the basic technology exists and all of the numbers are based in the real world.
