Eliza Bayne
Eliza took to the stage at the tender age of five, performing "I am a duck" for the Holy Trinity Nuns Annual Christmas Ball. After she was awarded a coloring book for her efforts, she knew what her calling was... to entertain, any which way she could. Eliza then studied and competed in ballet, piano and singing throughout highschool, as well as studying literature and drama later on in college. At five foot ten inches, she also had a brief stint modeling in local fashion shows, print ads and appeared in several television commercials. After a local radio station held a province-wide casting call in search of new talent, they offered Eliza a job and provided her the opportunity to learn more about the media industry. It was here where she utilized her performing skills - providing morning show bits, writing song parodies and helping host local events. Today, Eliza continues to be a working actor, providing voice-over for cartoons and television shows. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, practicing yoga and anything creative she can get her hands on. Eliza is thrilled to be a part of this season's The Electric Playground. |
