"Fuzion Frenzy 2 is no longer the weakest party game in the Xbox 360 library. That spot is now occupied by Hail to the Chimp. Oh, it has its high points, including a nice art style, neat TV style presentation and even a few good jokes. However, good jokes can't justify the extremely repetitive gameplay, confusing screen action and a camera that feels like it's watching the action from orbit. In a particularly mystifying decision, players aren't even able to choose the character they want in Campaign mode (you can in versus mode). Instead, you are given a particular character to use, which is contrary to every party game ever, but not in a good way. The developer, Wideload Games, has a lot of good ideas (they also did Stubbs the Zombie), but in this case they need some solid gameplay to back it up, and it just ain't there. "
